Role Overview
As the Head of Government Affairs (KSA), you will play a pivotal role leading the government relations function within our dynamic organization. As part of our team in KSA, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, directly engaging with government authorities and industry stakeholders to enhance market access and represent the company's interests effectively. Your expertise will help us navigate regulatory frameworks and foster lasting relationships with key partners in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute government affairs strategies to support business objectives within KSA.
  • Engage and build trusted relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure company compliance with all relevant federal and local regulations in KSA.
  • Monitor, interpret, and communicate the impact of regulatory and policy changes on business operations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to internal teams on government affairs matters and market access initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, policy forums, and public consultations.
  • Develop effective advocacy campaigns and manage complex government approval processes.
Must have requirements
  • Currently located in KSA with strong knowledge of the local government landscape.
  • Proven experience in market access strategies, preferably within regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, or energy).
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with governmental and industry stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and policy development in KSA.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in government affairs or public policy roles.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Nice to have requirements
  • Saudi nationals are preferred.
  • Master’s degree in public policy, international relations, law, or relevant field.
  • Strong existing network within KSA’s governmental and regulatory sectors.
  • Experience influencing government policy in fast-moving industries.
