Job description

Responsibilities & Daily Activities

Drive regional market preparation and pre-launch readiness across the Neuro, Peripheral Interventional, and Imaging portfolios by:

Conducting market research and generating actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Supporting regional business planning and evaluating market opportunities across target countries.
Identifying and prioritizing high-potential healthcare institutions and key decision-makers.
Segmenting customer accounts and mapping key stakeholders to strengthen market engagement.
Developing customer engagement strategies to support successful product launches and accelerate market adoption.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in the medical device industry, preferably within Neuro or Interventional specialties.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding commercial and business growth objectives.
Experience in managing distributor networks across multicultural and geographically diverse markets.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
